I don't like to spend all my time in the kitchen and I don't serve my kids junk food.
So I need an arsenal of healthy and easy snacks.
These little cookie dough bites totally fit the bill and they are so delicious. My family loves them.
For this recipe you will need:
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pecans
1 cup dates
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pulse all the ingredients in a food processor until combined.
Roll into 1.5 inch balls
Cool in the refrigerator until firm.
