Einkorn Flour Gingerbread Cake

– einkorn flour – baking soda – salt – cinnamon – ginger – cloves – butter – sugar – egg – molasses – hot water Mocha Icing – butter (unsalted) – cream cheese – espresso powder – powdered sugar

How To Make Gingerbread

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9 inch square baking dish. 2. Begin by whisking dry ingredients  together in a medium-sized bowl.

3. Mix together wet ingredients in a separate bowl.  4. Slowly combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.

5. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. 6. Allow to fully cool and add the mocha frosting. Enjoy!
