- 1/2 cup melted cacao butter
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 scoop Earth Echo Foods Cacao Bliss Superfood Elixir blend
- Shredded coconut
Toast coconut in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Stir constantly until coconut turns golden. Turn off heat
.Melt ingredients over double boiler. Once melted, combine ingredients together with an immersion blender.
Pour into a parchment lined 8x8 baking dish.
Add half of the toasted coconut while still liquid and stir.
Refrigerate until almost completely cooled.
Top with the rest of the shredded coconut.
Chill in the refrigerator until completely hardened. Cut and serve.
- A regular blender will also work.
- Do not skip the blending step. The honey will sink to the bottom during cooling - not good.
