Ingredients
1cupblueberriesfrozen
10-15strawberriesfrozen
1cupraspberriesfrozen
4cupsmilk kefir
1tablespoonhoney
Instructions
Combine everything in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Switch up the berries if you would like. Use blackberries instead of raspberries, etc.
If you do not have any kefir, you could substitute it with 1 cup of yogurt and 3 cups of milk. That way you still get the good probiotics.
Add a spoonful or two of nut butter or collagen peptides for some extra protein.
