Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • 10-15 strawberries frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries frozen
  • 4 cups milk kefir
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Combine everything in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Switch up the berries if you would like. Use blackberries instead of raspberries, etc.
  • If you do not have any kefir, you could substitute it with 1 cup of yogurt and 3 cups of milk. That way you still get the good probiotics.
  • Add a spoonful or two of nut butter or collagen peptides for some extra protein.
