Ingredients

  • 2 cans organic coconut milk The Native Forest brand has a BPA free liner.
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup organic
  • 1/2 cup very strong coffee brewed

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and set it on high speed for about 30 seconds.
  • Pour mixture into your ice cream maker and let it process for 25 minutes or until frozen.
  • Serve it up and enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe requires an ice cream maker. The bonus is you get to enjoy it a lot quicker than waiting for it to freeze!
