- 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons liquid/brine from blueberry ferment
- 2-5 tablespoons fermented blueberries start with 2 tbsp and adjust to taste.
- Pinch salt
- This recipe utilizes fermented blueberries from method two of this tutorial. It’s an easy way to use up some ferments.
- If you don’t have any fermented blueberries, you could opt for fresh blueberries and use two tablespoons of water kefir or kombucha.
- Separation is normal. Just shake up before serving.
- This will last about a week in the fridge or in an airtight container.
