Ingredients

  • 6 kiwis
  • juice from one lime
  • 2 cups plain whole milk, unsweetened yogurt
  • 1/4 cup raw honey

Instructions

  • Slice kiwis in half, use a spoon to scoop out the inside, and add to blender.
  • Add honey, juice from one lime, and unsweetened yogurt.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze for 3-6 hours or until completely solid.

Notes

  • For this recipe, you can use homemade yogurt or store-bought. Store-bought may be a tad thicker than homemade, but it should work fine either way.
  • Choose full fat yogurt. Not only is the fat found in dairy good for you, but it also yields a better texture.
  • Substitute the honey for maple syrup. It will have a slightly different flavor, but still delicious.
