Ingredients

balsamic vinegar

liquid/brine from blueberry ferment

start with 2 tbsp and adjust to taste.

Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a blender in the order given.
Blend until smooth.
Notes
This recipe utilizes fermented blueberries from method two of this tutorial. It’s an easy way to use up some ferments.
If you don’t have any fermented blueberries, you could opt for fresh blueberries and use two tablespoons of water kefir or kombucha.
Separation is normal. Just shake up before serving.
This will last about a week in the fridge or in an airtight container.
