Ingredients

  • 2 pawpaws
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Scoop out the flesh. tossing out the seeds and skins.
  • Add ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy..
  • Enjoy.

Notes

  • Don't eat the seeds or skins of the pawpaw as they contain toxins.
  • Turn this into a green smoothie by adding a handful of frozen spinach or kale.
  • I love smoothies because they are so customizable. Add collagen peptides, nut butter, or some greens.
