- Having meat defrosting in the fridge throughout the week is the best way to make quick healthy recipes attainable. Having the meat ready to go gives you so many more options to make when dinner time rolls around.
- Utilize tools like an instant pot to cook things quicker and make dinner more convenient.
- Keep it simple. Dinner doesn’t have to be a variety of complex homemade feasts every week. Simple recipes like these go a long way in making sure everyone leaves the table happy and satisfied.

A HUGE favorite in our family is your zucchini lasagna recipe. Seriously, I make this every other week. The kids love it, hubby says itโs much better than my pasta version and I like that itโs a healthy, budget friendly meal.
