Grass Fed Beef, Spinach And Quinoa Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef grass fed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cup spinach frozen
  • 1 cup quinoa cooked
  • 8 ounce cheese shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • sprinkle pepper

Instructions

  • Cook quinoa according to package directions.
  • Brown beef in a skillet on medium heat.
  • In a separate skillet cook onions in butter on medium heat until translucent.  
  • Combine the onions, spinach, browned meat and spices in one skillet. 
  • Add in the quinoa.
  • Top with shredded cheese and cook until melted.
  • Top with guacamole, if desired, and enjoy!
