Homemade sourdough croutons are tangy, seasoned perfectly and baked until they achieve the signature crunch. No more boring salads - this recipe will add so much flavor and texture!
The day before, prepare my favorite no-knead sourdough bread recipe.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut bread into 3/4 inch cubes and place into a large bowl.Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and spices. Toss well to combine all the ingredients and evenly coat the bread cubes with oil.
Spread evenly on the parchment lined baking sheet.Bake for 15-20 minutes. The edges should start to turn a little golden.Allow to cool completely and then enjoy.
Notes
This also works with day or two old bread. If you are pinched for time, you could always use a store-bought sourdough bread.
