Ingredients

whole milk

bone broth
chicken or beef

tablespoon
cocoa powder

tablespoon
pure maple syrup
Pinch
of cinnamon
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and whisk until smooth.
Heat over medium heat, whisking occasionally, until warm and well combined.
Taste a small spoonful and adjust the sweetness if desired.
Pour into two mugs and optionally top with marshmallows, whipped cream, a dusting of cocoa powder, or a pinch of cinnamon.
Notes
Use Dutch process cocoa for an even richer and dark flavor.
For a dairy free treat, opt for a dairy-free milk instead of whole milk.
Add a dash of vanilla extract for a bit of added flavor.
