Ingredients
6
kiwis
juice from one lime
2
cups
plain whole milk, unsweetened yogurt
1/4
cup
raw honey
Instructions
Slice kiwis in half, use a spoon to scoop out the inside, and add to blender.
Add honey, juice from one lime, and unsweetened yogurt.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze for 3-6 hours or until completely solid.
Notes
For this recipe, you can use homemade yogurt or store-bought. Store-bought may be a tad thicker than homemade, but it should work fine either way.
Choose full fat yogurt. Not only is the fat found in dairy good for you, but it also yields a better texture.
Substitute the honey for maple syrup. It will have a slightly different flavor, but still delicious.
