How to Make Blueberry Popsicles
Step 1: Add blueberries, yogurt, cream, maple syrup, and lemon juice to a high-powered blender. Blend on high for 30 โ 60 seconds until very smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Step 2: Slowly pour the blueberry mixture into popsicle molds. Use a spatula to scrape down the blender and get every bit of the mixture.
Step 3: Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
Step 4: To serve, remove popsicles from the mold and let sit at room temperature for 5 โ 10 minutes to soften slightly. Enjoy!
